Simona est une auteure-compositrice, interprète et guitariste serbe, née le 5 août 1999 à Belgrade. Passionnée de musique depuis son enfance, elle découvre sa vocation à l’âge de 9 ans en assistant à un concert d’AC/DC — un moment décisif qui la pousse à se lancer dans la musique. Malgré l’absence d’un parcours académique en école de musique, elle commence la guitare à 12 ans et développe son jeu en autodidacte.
Installée en France depuis 2018 pour des études en réalisation sonore, elle explore d’abord le théâtre avant de se consacrer pleinement à la musique. Son style, profondément ancré dans le rock, est influencé par des artistes tels qu’AC/DC, Amy Winehouse, Led Zeppelin, YUNGBLUD, Aerosmith, Janis Joplin et bien d’autres.
Avec près de 400 concerts à son actif en Serbie, en France et en Espagne, elle se produit aussi bien dans des salles que dans la rue, où elle voit la musique comme un moment de partage authentique.
Souvent comparée à Janis Joplin pour sa voix puissante et émotive, Simona prépare actuellement son premier album, co-réalisé par Lucas Fox (Motörhead), prévu pour la fin de l’année.
Simona is a Serbian singer-songwriter, performer, and guitarist, born on August 5, 1999, in Belgrade. Passionate about music since childhood, she discovered her calling at the age of 9 after attending an AC/DC concert—a defining moment that inspired her to pursue music. Despite not having a formal music school background, she began learning guitar at 12 and developed her skills as a self-taught musician.
She has been based in France since 2018, where she moved to study sound engineering. She initially explored theater before fully dedicating herself to music. Her style, deeply rooted in rock, is influenced by artists such as AC/DC, Amy Winehouse, Led Zeppelin, YUNGBLUD, Aerosmith, Janis Joplin, and many others.
With nearly 400 concerts performed across Serbia, France, and Spain, she plays both in venues and on the street, where she sees music as a genuine moment of connection.
Often compared to Janis Joplin for her powerful and emotional voice, Simona is currently preparing her debut album, co-produced by Lucas Fox (Motörhead), scheduled for release at the end of the year.
